_______________ (buyer) agrees to purchase a kitten/cat from Designer Persians for the amount of $____

Designer Persians does not guarantee the mature size of any kitten with size estimates to be based on parental size and history, age of the kitten at the time of adoption, and experience.  Coat or eye color into maturity is in no way guaranteed. 

Kitten/Cat is to be used solely for the purposes set herein:

   Breeder:_____Show Prospect:_____ pet:_________ as will be indicated on the resignation papers.

I. If kitten/cat is sold as a pet buyer agreed to have said kitten/cat spay/neuter before reaching 6 months of age.

II This kitten/cat can not be sold, leased or given to any testing facility or shelter. If there is an change of circumstance Designer Persians will be notified immediately and arrangements made to secure the best interest of the kitten/cat. 

III Adequate indoor, sanitary facility will be provided at all times. Kitten/cat is never allowed to roam outdoors.

IV. Kiten/cat will have available at all times appropriate nutritional support and fresh water noting that our kittens are raised on high quality food (Royal Canin: Persians).

V. Seller agrees to provide registration papers and pedigree on each kitten once spay/neuter has been performed (if sold as a pet). If the kitten/Cat is being sold for breeding registration papers and pedigree will be provided at the time of the adoption.

VI. Kitten/Cat can not be sold to another breeder with out express permission of Designer Persians in writing.

VII. If this kitten/cat is neglected in any way it will be surrendered to the seller unconditionally.

 Stipulations on condition of kitten/cat at the time of arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the kitten/cat against any bacterieal/or viral infection once they leave our care however all kittens/cats are vaccinated against the primary illnesses noted on heath records forwarded at the time of adoption.  

I. Kitten  is placed in good faith and appears to be/is in excellent health to the best of my knowledge.  Kittens health is supported by a helath exam and valid health certificate issued by our licensed vet.

II. At the time of transfer kitten/cat tests negative for both FIV/FELV supported by document ion on health certificate issued by our licensed vet.

III. Kitten/cat is appropriately vaccinated and free of fungus and parasites

IV. Kitten/cat displays appropriate body weight for frame size.

V. Buyer is required to have this kitten examined by a licensed vet within a 72 hour peroid. Furthermore, copy of visit and any appropriate note are to be forwarded to Designer Persians timely. If there is ANY issue during the initial exam Designer Persians will be notified by phone immediately.

VI. If kitten is diagnosed with a serious illness that predates the arrival of kitten/cat to the new owner seller will give 100% credit of the investment toward a new kitten. If this is the case, diagnosis by qualified vet in the form of written statement, condition and specifics and/or necropsy are required. An educated opinion will not be acceptable.

        A. Once all documents are received and submitted to our licensed vet, IF confirmation is made kitten/cat will be safely returned (if requested) and 100% of the investment fee will be reap plied to another kitten of similar color, size and pedigree.    

VII. Kitten is covered by a genetic guarantee that extends one full year from the date of purchase. If said kitten/cat is diagnosed with any genetic issue that will significantly shorten its life or warren euthanasia kitten will be replaced with a similar kitten in size, color, and pedigree.

VIII. Buyer is responsible for the veterinary care and expense of kitten once transfer takes place. All expenses are born by the client without exception.

IX. Veterinary care in the form of maintenance is also mandatory. Non-compliance invalidates any health guarantee.

X. Designer Persians does not refund adoption fees or deposits. Please be sure of your desire before making a committment to one of our precious babies.
